Integrated Marketing, Media Buying & Distribution, Event Production, Digital Content Creation and Production are all levering components Keeper of The Brand has to offer.  Donyshia has held leadership and management positions within several media and entertainment companies, including The New York Knicks, Madison Square Garden College Basketball tournaments, The Loud Digital Network, 101.9 RXP, 98.7 Kiss FM and HOT 97.   During her tenure at HOT 97, Donyshia's vision and creativity was credited with the leading teams towards the continuous growth of the iconic HOT 97 Summer Jam and the HOT 97 Summer Jam Pre-Event Festival and Attraction with 15,000 fans; including building the brand revenue and ratings with creative solutions for portfolio clients such as Boost Mobile, Pepsi and Honda to name a few. The Hip-Hop Heart Foundation and The Kiss Cares Foundation were also charitable programs she activated within the Radio Station.

 

Among her many honors, Donyshia has been recognized by RAB, BMI & MIW “Rising Through the Ranks” Seminar. She is a featured author of the books, The Fearless Living Experience, My Now for the Future Woman and The Professional Black Woman available on donyshiabostonhill.com and keeperofthebrand.com.  Donyshia has published articles in national magazines, been quoted in major daily newspapers, appeared on national television and radio, and has presented seminars on marketing and public relations throughout the United States.

 

Donyshia is an alumna of St. John’s University and New York University.  She’s an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated, The Links, Incorporated, and Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. Donyshia resides in New York with her husband and two lovely children.
